These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Moatplay platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and balances frozen.

• Creating an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility — you are liable for any activity resulting from sharing it with others.

If a Deposit Fails

In live betting, odds change every few seconds. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are final. If odds shift due to network delay, the updated odds will apply.

General Bonus Terms

• A promotion may not be entered more than once unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.

Moatplay reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason. This is typically done in cases such as:

• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
